- Account information — name, username, email address, phone number, profile photo, date of birth, gender, and bio when you register or update your profile.
- Content — live streams, video reels, posts, comments, chat messages, images, and audio you create, upload, or share.
- Support communications — information you provide when contacting us.
b. Information collected automatically
- Device & technical data — device model, operating system, app version, language, unique device identifiers, and network/connection state.
- Usage data — features used, streams watched, follows, likes, session duration, and interaction history.
- Crash & diagnostic data — collected through Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics to keep the App stable.
c. Device permissions
The App requests the following permissions. You can grant or revoke most of them at any time in your device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App's live-streaming, video, chat, and social features.
- Create and manage your account and profile.
- Personalize content, recommendations, and language/region settings.
- Send notifications about activity, messages, calls, and updates.
- Monitor, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.
- Analyze usage and fix crashes to improve performance and reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.
3. Third-Party Services
Foring Live relies on trusted third-party services that may process certain data under their own privacy policies:
- Agora — real-time video and audio streaming infrastructure.
- Firebase (Google) — push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, and cloud data.
- Branch.io — deep linking and attribution.
- Location services — ip-api.com and positionstack.com for approximate location and geocoding.

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
- Publicly — profile details and content you choose to make public (e.g., live streams, posts, comments) are visible to other users.
- With service providers — as described in Section 3, to operate the App.
- For legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of our users and us.
- In business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer required, data is deleted or anonymized.

- Access, update, or correct your profile information within the App.
- Revoke device permissions (camera, microphone, notifications, etc.) in your device settings.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data (see Contact below).
- Opt out of promotional notifications.

Foring Live is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted network connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
